Appearing for NEET and taking admission in the best medical college is just the beginning of the journey. This journey is a 5 year and 5 months long that has to be completed with a lot of dedication and patience. In order to become a Doctor, one should register themselves with any state medical council in India. An doctors who are registered with any state medical council will be eligibile to be registered under Indian Medical Register.
After completing the 5 years MBBS course, every student has to do a one year residential internship. Usually right after the course is complete, most students are offered internships in their respective colleges, but if anyone wants then they can apply in other hospitals too.
