For services like online courses, mentorship programs, counseling sessions, and e-books, no physical shipping is required.
Access Timeline:
Login credentials, links, or digital files are typically shared via email or user account portal within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.
Failure to Receive Access:
If you do not receive access within 72 hours, please email support@lakshayindia.com with your transaction ID.
3. Physical Product Shipping
Applicable Products:
Physical shipping applies only if you purchase:
Printed certificates,
Study kits,
Lakshay India merchandise,
Any printed career planning materials or books.
Shipping Timeframe:
Products are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe:
After dispatch, delivery generally takes:
3 to 10 business days for domestic (India) deliveries,
10 to 20 business days for international deliveries, depending on location and courier services.
4. Shipping Charges
Within India:
Standard shipping is free for most products unless specified during checkout.
International Shipping:
Additional shipping charges may apply for international deliveries, which will be communicated during checkout or via email before dispatch.
5. Tracking Details
Once dispatched, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email or SMS.

Incorrect Address:

Lakshay India is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package is damaged or missing upon delivery:
Report to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment (or expected delivery date if missing).
Send photographs of the damaged package or missing item report to support@lakshayindia.com.
We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our verification process.
